Here's an idea we haven't heard before. Check it:
Instead of renting or buying, you're trading... sort of. You send out movies you have that you obviously don't want, i guess, and get movies you do want. You "pay just $0.99 plus postal fees each time you receive a movie", so that's pretty cheap for a movie, right? We have no idea how this works in progress, but it sounds like a good idea.
